1. Rental Terms
- Dresses are placed for consignment rental for one year (renewable), unless terminated earlier.
- Dresses must remain for a minimum of three months before withdrawal.
- After three months, a one-month notice is required for withdrawal (only if the dress is not reserved for future rentals).
- Midnight Dresses may return items early if they are not in demand.
2. Revenue Sharing
- Rental income is split 40% for the Lender and 60% for Midnight Dresses (may be updated).
- Midnight Dresses covers marketing, social media, ads, and in-store display.
- Upon receiving the dress photo, we will either decline or approve it for inspection to verify its condition, cleanliness, and quality before acceptance.
3. Pricing & Marketing
- Pricing is determined by Midnight Dresses based on factors like brand, condition, market trends, and competitors pricing.
- Midnight Dresses may adjust rental prices based on demand and seasonality.
- Dresses may be used for marketing (photoshoots, influencer collaborations) without rental fees.
4. Additional Terms
- Lenders may temporarily retrieve dresses with a three-week notice if no prior bookings exist.
- Dresses may undergo minor alterations for rentals.
- Midnight Dresses is not responsible for wear and tear but will handle minor repairs.
5. Communication & Payments
- Updates on rentals will be sent via WhatsApp.
- Rental shares are paid in the following month.
